Full payment in advance/no refunds:
At the time of booking, a full payment is
required for the reservation; your credit
card will be charged in US dollars for the
total amount of quoted (room rates, taxes
and fees) immediately and no refunds or
credits will be issued.
The charges/booking amount cannot be applied
to other stays, services or merchandise,
and incidentals. We do not guarantee prices
or hotel availability, until full payment
is received. We reserve the right to cancel
a reservation without notice if we become
aware of or are notified of any fraud or
illegal activity associated with the payment
for this reservation even after receiving
full payment.
Reservation cannot be modified: price
quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay
booked. Modifications to your reservation
(including but not limited to name changes,
date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Early departure/cancellation: In
case of early departure from the hotel or
cancellation or no show for any reason,
you won’t receive any refund or credit.
Price does not include: the price
you selected includes room rate and applicable
taxes only and does not include any applicable
service charges or charges for optional
incidentals.
Alternate Arrangement: Due to any
reason we aren't able to book you in the
hotel desired by you, we offer to help you
find an alternate hotel in the same area,
should you wish to decline the Alternate
we offer 100% refund
Other restrictions: the rate offered
for the hotel room night is not combinable
with any other offers, promotions. On failure
to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled
arrival date, your reservation stands canceled,
incase you don’t inform in advance delay
in arrival time and you will not receive
any refund or credit.
